"Attorney" BLAKE HORWITZ, (according to the Illinois ARDC in a letter mailed to I, during a Civil suit I filed against him for misconduct/deceit/neglect/lieing before a TRIBUNAL and the trial judge letting him get away with it, for my BRIEF was a CLEAR point that Horwitz committed misconduct of his then client who, til this September 2012 day, is still being abused in a mental hospital and his transfer confirmed by a DHS "official", yet has apparently gone along with the lies being told on his then client, for now this administratoin and his clients "treatment team" has FALSELY combatted to continue to LIE on this patient), "has never been prosecuted for a crime before", stating that, "THEREFORE, he won't be prosecuted this time either".

Horwitz is no more above the law, as any other person;be it civilian or state or federal employee!

INVESTIGATION(internal)(more of them), will bring many more, OUT, from under their false shields that's causing tavpayers of Illinois and other states, BILLIONS, of money that can save homes, educations and lives!

    GREAT JOB DONE!
