  • The Boy Who Cried Wolf

Since when is the mere "possibility that Judge Napolitano‘s allegations are ultimately true" a sane basis to justify wild and unsupported accusations? Pathological liar Trump and his hypocritically imaginative followers decry "fake" news as they sling most of the mud themselves.

Because GCHQ denied Judge Napolitano‘s allegation does not mean the allegation is false -- Government agencies, especially "intelligence" agencies, have been known to deny truth and actively and passively distort and deceive. Disinformation is as much a part of their job as is information -- such as spoofing and misleading counter efforts. Because the nature of the allegation is classified, and the most we are ever likely to see is "he said -- she said" disputes. it It would see like the burden of proof would be on the party accusing the judge of falsehoods.

Ms. Hyland fails to consider the possibility that Judge Napolitano‘s allegations are ultimately true. Furthermore, do leftwing activists really want to open up for discovery all of the communications between President Obama, his appointees and British officials from, say, February 2016 through January 2017? I doubt it.

Stay tuned. Could be payback time for fairly unbalanced Carol Ferentz against Fair and Balanced Andrew Napolitano. What a psychological thriller that would be!

  • Dragonslayer

There will undoubtedly be some left-leaning individual who will pursue a complaint against the judge. Anything leaning to the right in this country is being lambasted by liberal politician, journalists, pundits and bloggers, including an all out assault against President Trump and his administration. I‘ve come to expect nothing less from them.

Napolitano was one of the very few judges in New Jersey Family Court that was fair and thoughtful. Not like the political hacks of today, who are only interested in their pensions and paychecks and screw the family and targeted parent for the benefit of the lawyers.
