As a former employee of Pasricha & Patel, I can only hope that the other hardworking paralegals and staff join in the suit as their grossly under appreciated hard work needs to be accounted for. It is a shame that attorneys of this state could perpetrate such willful misconduct, given their expertise in employment and FLSA matters. I cannot say that I am surprised that Gary and Sheetal‘s mistreatment of their employees has finally reached a public light. I hope that the New Jersey Bar and the Court do not take this lightly.
