    I can only hope that the suspension owes to his statement that the adversary had a judge in his "pocket," because nothing else alleged here warrants any discipline at all. Calling your adversary names may not comport with some people's notions of professional civility, but my God, are we actually going to regulate name-calling as if we're in a third-grade classroom? Grow up.This is a mean, nasty profession because it involves the two things that people love most: money (civil) and personal freedom (criminal). And as long as that's the case, you're going to have hard-charging lawyers who will pull out all the stops, including *gasp* being less than pleasant at depositions. If you can't take that, get out of the business.
