To those of us who love the law, what is happening with our Supreme Court is a travesty. We should amend our Consitution to repeal the 7-year review of at least Supreme Court justices, if not all judges. It works well enough for federal judges with initial appointments of lifetime tenure during their terms of good behaviour. There is too much political intrigue afoot. It's demeaning to both parties.
