Iowa's Oldest Judge Retires at Age 90

District Associate Probate Judge Ruth Klotz has retired after 34 years as Polk County's chief overseer of wills, estates and legal guardianships for troubled children and the feeble elderly. Lawmakers had written an exemption to enable her to keep working after age 80.
