KBR Ordered to Pay $85 Million Over Soldiers' Toxin Exposure
A jury has ordered military contractor Kellogg Brown and Root to pay $85 million after finding it guilty of negligence for illnesses suffered by a dozen soldiers exposed to a toxin at a water plant during the Iraq war.
