Attorneys Suspended for Failing to Notify Clients of Law Practice Sale

Two New Jersey attorneys who admitted to selling their law practice without informing their dozens of clients about it are having their law licenses lifted. According to the Disciplinary Review Board, there has been only one other disciplinary case in New Jersey involving this type of ethical breach.
